OK, now I read it, and I see that you require a written

For the iso_* domains no disclaimer is required. Only for the ones
with a pinkish background -- all the GNU ones. To see this more

BTW, I noticed a bug in
http://translationproject.org/team/hr.html - it fails to list
several Croatian translators as members, even though their
translations are in the uploaded files, and they are listed at
http://translationproject.org/html/authors.html - namely Vladimir
Vuksan, Matej Vela, Mirsad Todorovac, Vlatko Kosturjak.
They haven't made an upload in several years. Everyone who hadn't
made an upload in more than five years, those names I have simply
removed. Those who hadn't done so for more than three years, I've
all sent an email, twice. Those who did not respond I have
removed. There's no point in keeping people listed who don't do
any translations any more. Team members are understood to be active
members.
