Subject: addition of an X-Bugs header field (TP)

Hello team leaders,

>From now on, the robot will add the following header field to each
PO file that doesn't have one yet:

  "X-Bugs: Report translation errors to the Language-Team address.\n"

If desired, translators may translate the contents of this field
(but not the "X-Bugs: " marker, of course).

I've had reports that it is hard to figure out where to report
bugs in a translation.  This is an attempt to make that easier.

The field has also been added to all the existing PO files at the TP.

If you wish, you may communicate/forward this message to your team.
