Pozdrav voditeljima i clanovima HULK-ovih podruznica!
Kao sto vec (ne)znate imamo godisnju skupstinu 22.12.2005 u 19 sati na
FER-u. Jedna od tocaka dnevnog reda je i izvjesce o aktivnostima udruge,
te plan rada udruge za sljedecu godinu. Bilo bi vise nego dobro ako
mozete prisustvovat skupstini, te osobno izloziti dosadasnji rad vasih
podruznica (znam da su se neki tek nedavno osnovali, pa i nemaju puno,
ali nekako i treba pocet i to je razumljivo), te kasnije i program rada
vase podruznice za 2006. godinu.
Ako nitko od vasih predstavnika nije u mogucnosti doci, bilo bi dobro
kad bi mogli poslati mailom vase dosadasnje aktivnosti, te godisnji plan
vase podruznice.
Posebno bi bilo dobro kada bi u planu vase podruznice rekli kako vam
HULK moze pomoci u ostvarenju plana podruznice sto materijalno sto
financijski sto znanjem (primjer: trebat cemo 3 predavaca za mini
predavanje u svibnju) kako bi mogli vidjet na vrijeme da li smo u
mogucnosti ispuniti trazeno, te zeljene resurse na vrijeme mogli
alocirati na obostrano zadovoljstvo.

22.12.2005. u 19:00h u bijeloj vijećnici FER-a, Unska 3, Zagreb održat
će se redovita godišnja skupština HULK-a. Na skupštini će se sagledati
dosadašnji rad HULK-a u ovoj godini, kao i donijeti odluke za aktivnosti
u 2006. godini. Također, ova godina je izborna. Kako je rad udruge
javan, na skupštinu se pozivaju (i očekuju) svi zainteresirani.
