THE GENERAL 

I am General J.T Useni of the Nigeria army (rtd), my last military =
appointment was the minister of federal capital territory Abuja. During my =
long stay in the office, I acquired some money which I saved in Nigeria banks =
here at home. 
The death of the former head of state General Sani Abacha whom I was a =
minister in his regime,I was retired and most of my account was seized by the =
then military regime of General Abubakar I was left with almost nothing.

money was transferred with the name of my son Ahmed Useni who is presently in =
Europe now, because he is under 21years he cannot legitimately claim this =
money for this reasons I need a foreign partner who could be a beneficiary to =
this fund so that ahmed and my other children can use in their education =
abroad if you are willing to help 20% of this money will be yours as the =
